Welcome to Mich Manage, operated by Mich Management Systems Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mich Manage website, inventory management system, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
Mich Manage provides cloud-based inventory and business management software that enables businesses to manage inventory, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers, receipts, reports, expenses, and other business operations.
We continually improve our services and may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to operate a business in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Mich Manage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after activation of the purchased service.

Mich Management Systems Limited owns the software, website, trademarks, designs, source code, documentation and all intellectual property relating to Mich Manage.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information entered into Mich Manage is accurate and complete.
Mich Manage processes information exactly as entered and cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, maintenance, software upgrades, internet outages, power interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect system availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
While we employ reasonable measures to protect customer information, customers are encouraged to maintain copies of important business records where appropriate.
No electronic system is completely immune from failures or cyber threats.
Mich Manage, its software, trademarks, logos, designs, website content, documentation and branding are the exclusive property of Mich Management Systems Limited.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

Mich Management Systems Limited shall not be responsible for business interruptions, financial losses or operational decisions arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, third-party service disruptions, natural disasters or user negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mich Management Systems Limited, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages or losses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Your use of Mich Manage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations or business practices.
Updated Terms will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
